Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coaching is a forward-focused, supportive process that helps you clarify goals, explore options, and take action. It is not therapy or advice-giving. The session is led by what you want to work on, and the coach’s role is to help you think clearly, challenge assumptions, and move towards meaningful change.

  • Anything you want. This might include:

    • a goal or idea you want to develop

    • a decision you’re wrestling with

    • a sense that you want change but aren’t sure what yet

    • questions about work, creativity, leadership, or life direction

You don’t need a fully formed plan, curiosity is enough.

  • This is coaching, not mentoring. Coaching focuses on supporting you to find your own answers and actions, rather than being given advice or direction. Andrew may occasionally draw on experience where helpful, but the session is centred on your goals and The Agency.

  • Not at all. Coaching is just as valuable when things are going well and you want to build momentum, stretch yourself, or sharpen your focus.

  • Each session lasts 60 minutes.

  • Yes. Coaching sessions are confidential. Nothing discussed will be shared with The Agency of Change team or anyone else, except in very rare circumstances where there is a serious safeguarding concern.

  • It’s free, no cost to Alumni Agents. Coaching sessions of this kind typically cost £150+ per hour, but this offer is provided free as part of ongoing Alumni support.

  • This is a limited offer, and availability is finite. Depending on demand, alumni may be offered one session initially, with further sessions offered where capacity allows.

  • Sessions will take place online via video call. You’ll receive joining details once your session is confirmed.
