Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected of anyone working with or representing The Agency of Change.
It exists to support safe, respectful and values-led working relationships. It is not intended to be punitive, but to make expectations clear, protect everyone involved, and provide a shared reference point when things feel difficult or unclear.
Safeguarding Policy
The Agency of Change is committed to creating environments where children, young people and adults at risk are safe, respected and able to take part with confidence and dignity.
Safeguarding is central to our work. It sits alongside our commitment to creativity, agency, radical inclusion and care.
We believe safeguarding is not about control, but about responsibility. It is about protecting people, listening when something does not feel right, and acting early and appropriately.
Safeguarding applies to everyone involved in our work. This includes trustees, staff, freelancers, artists, volunteers, partners and participants. To report an incident please use the safeguarding concern report form below.

We keep your information safe. Here's what you need to know:
The Agency of Change (AOC) is the charity that runs The Agency. When you register or get in touch with us, we look after the information you share.
What We Hold
When you register as an Agent, we collect your name, date of birth, and contact details. We also hold a record of your consent.
You can choose to share additional information for example: any access needs or dietary requirements. These are optional, they have no impact on your place on the programme.
If you are under 18, we ask for a parent or guardian's contact details so we can keep them informed.
Who Sees It
AOC staff involved in running the programme, and the organisation delivering The Agency in your area. Your local partner can see your registration details, including your parent or guardian's contact details if you're under 18, and may contact you (or them) directly about the programme. They can only use this to deliver the programme and cannot pass your details on to anyone else without your permission.
We share anonymised information with our funders but not your personal details.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your registration details for six years after you stop engaging with the programme, then delete them. Programme records are kept for six years to meet funder requirements. We delete accessibility information six months when not needed.
Your Rights
You can ask to see what we hold, correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete your information. You can withdraw consent for your photo or access information at any time — it won't affect your place. We'll stop using it and remove it where we can, but can't undo anything already shared publicly.
