Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected of anyone working with or representing The Agency of Change. 

It exists to support safe, respectful and values-led working relationships. It is not intended to be punitive, but to make expectations clear, protect everyone involved, and provide a shared reference point when things feel difficult or unclear.

Safeguarding Policy

The Agency of Change is committed to creating environments where children, young people and adults at risk are safe, respected and able to take part with confidence and dignity. 

Safeguarding is central to our work. It sits alongside our commitment to creativity, agency, radical inclusion and care.  

We believe safeguarding is not about control, but about responsibility. It is about protecting people, listening when something does not feel right, and acting early and appropriately. 

Safeguarding applies to everyone involved in our work. This includes trustees, staff, freelancers, artists, volunteers, partners and participants. To report an incident please use the safeguarding concern report form below.
