FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
Aged 15–25 and have an idea that could make your community stronger, fairer or a better place to live?
Through The Agency, you’ll get training, mentoring, a weekly stipend and seed funding to turn your idea into action. We will also pay you throughout the programme.
Our facilitators and mentors will help you build confidence, connections and practical skills in leadership, creativity and entrepreneurship.

Alumni Programme
We hold free sessions for Alumni Agents across the UK, bringing people together to build skills and connect through creative activities. Past sessions have included pop quizzes, career talks and fundraising skills workshops, and many more to come!
From this month onwards, we are offering free 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with qualified coach Andrew Westle. These confidential, online sessions offer focused time and support to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful next steps - whether you’re working towards a goal, navigating change, or developing an idea. You don’t need a fully formed plan, just a willingness to explore what’s next.
