Trustee, The Agency of Change

Are you looking to shape the future of The Agency of Change? Join our Board of Management as a Trustee!

As a trustee, you will help steer The Agency of Change’s next chapter, ensuring it continues to empower young people, drive social change and make an impact in communities. This is a unique leadership opportunity to influence decisions at a strategic level. We encourage expressions of interest from people who are passionate about supporting young people and social change, and committed to making a difference. No previous board experience necessary!

We are particularly keen to hear from people who can help us to:

• Strengthen fundraising and financial strategy expertise

• Add deeper safeguarding and youth sector experience

• Bring in strategic communications or PR to amplify the work nationally

• Increase regional representation beyond London

• Add social enterprise and entrepreneurial experience

Applications close at 10am 12 January 2026. Successful shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an online interview on either 20 or 27 January 2026. We can provide a BSL interpreter if required.
