Active Listening & Coaching
A resource kit about Active Listening - how to support young people on developing their ideas. It also covers the GROW Coaching Model to help Agents take their ideas from vision to action. Although this resource kit was first developed for Peer Mentors, it would be a useful read for facilitators and producers too.
Agency Dictionary
A short dictionary of Agency concepts, values and methods - including keywords such as Affection, Agency, Avatar, Desire, Invention and many more. It is a tool used for understanding the philosophies behind the methodology, ensuring young people continues to be the focal point of our work. The dictionary is written by Marcus Vinicius Faustini Network for Youth Agency (Rio de Janeiro), now translated into English.
