Online Round Table with The Agency of Change

Young people aren’t waiting for permission, they’re already driving change in communities across the UK. Change isn’t happening for young people, it’s happening with them, and often because of them.

On 18 November 1–2.30pm, join Alumni Agents, creatives, civic leaders and changemakers for an online round table discussion that dives into what it really looks like when young people take the lead. You’ll hear from those on the ground who are shaping movements, building projects, and redefining what leadership means today.

Our speakers include Saad Eddine Said (Artistic Director and CEO of New Art Exchange / Co-Director of Citizens in Power), Alex Holmes OBE (Deputy CEO of The Diana Award / Director of BBC Children in Need), Samuel Remi-Akinwale (CEO of Young Manchester) and Henrietta Imoreh (Careers Consultant for Young People in Care / Participation Manager at Missing People). This conversation will share real examples of how young voices are driving tangible change, and offer a space to reflect on what meaningful partnership with young leaders can look like today.

Stakeholders, partners and peers are invited to connect, reflect and imagine the future of youth-led changemaking together. Let’s explore how we can collectively strengthen this movement.

This event also marks a major milestone in The Agency’s journey, with a special announcement about our evolution into an independent charity – The Agency of Change.

Young people are not the leaders of tomorrow. They are the leaders of today.
