Southampton Young People in Positions of Power
I get to watch them take the seed of their idea and build it, and shape it, and believe in it even if at times they don’t believe in themselves. I get to watch them flourish, to connect with their own potency, and I consider that to be a real privilege.

The Faces of Change: Kate
“The Agency evolves based on the people who come into contact with it. The methodology isn’t just a process; it’s something we embody, and the ecosystem shifts as new voices shape it. But most of all, it’s the relationships. The Agency doesn’t just let go!”

Agency Community Research: Working Towards Safer Communities

The Faces of Change: Craig and Leigh
“Despite there being such a specific methodology to follow, it still allows the young people to have complete freedom and agency over what they want to do and how they want to create positive change in their community.”…
Agency Community Research: Uncovering the Methodology
