The Power of Creative Leadership in Belfast

The Faces of Change: Amara and Chris
We have Alumni Agents Amara and Chris. Both have created positive change in their communities and influenced The Agency of Change in different roles. Amara manages our TikTok and Chris is an Agency Correspondent, with both producing content that captures the journeys of Agents, amplifies their voices, and ensures their work is shared widely.

Max Wiseman recently stepped into the new role of Digital Storyteller. Max participated as an Agent in 2023-2024 and has since gone on to work as a Trainee Facilitator and create the podcast ‘Inspire to Achieve: The Agency’ for voices throughout our network to share their experiences with The Agency.
